The design process for both new construction and remodeling can start with something as simple as a sketch on paper or come from a floor plan or exterior seen in a magazine. We then gather as much information as we can — site specifics, space requirements, budget, your “wish list”, etc. These initial conversations are a critical part of the design process as we each learn from one another and build the foundation of positive and productive communications. The Cormack Team knows how to listen as well as ask the right questions — something we believe you’ll find most valuable in our relationship.

As the project progresses, the Team can also advise you about features and amenities such as unique window and door designs, beautiful and durable roofing, custom cabinetry and flooring, state-of-the-art appliances, bath décors and hardware as well as finish paints, trims and moldings. They stay on top of the latest technologies so you are assured of getting the qualified information you need to make decisions.
