About Us

Company president Gordon W. Cormack has been in the building trades since 1967, starting out as a "nail banger.” He began his own business as a proprietorship in 1972, became incorporated in 1978, and formed Cormack Construction Management, Inc. in 2005. Since then, Cormack's focus has been on all aspects of construction management as well as development of the organization to improve customer relations, communications and overall efficiency.

Cormack shows great skill, sensitivity and imagination in coming up with and implementing solutions to complicated design issues. The crew not only have beautiful craftsmanship but are uniformly pleasant and fun to work with.

The members of our professional staff have many years of experience. Each of the project managers, estimators, and designers has field experience so they’ve developed in-depth understanding of the building process from the ground up.
