Awarded in the Residential category for Best Transformative Renovation for a farmhouse remodel in Freedom. Design by Joseph DeSerrano, AIA and Thomas Cracollici, AIA.

2017

Citation Award: AIA New Hampshire Excellence in Design Awards
Awarded for a Lakeside Accessory Building, Squam Lake NH Design by Richard Holt AIA.

 
Cornerstone Award: Silver – Specialty Outbuilding – Residential
Awarded for this same project.

2016

Cornerstone Award: Silver – Residential Remodeling over $500,000
Awarded for an interior remodel of a classic Mid-Century home in Concord NH. Design by Richard Holt AIA.

2011

Featured in Professional Remodeler magazine with "The Incredible Expanding Project." Article describes the process Cormack uses to satisfy clients with their complex remodeling project.

2009

Business NH Magazine's Lean & Green Award: 
Awarded for being eco-friendly and business-savvy. Cormack Construction won the Green Practices Award for demonstrating sustainable processes resulting in increased efficiency and savings in the 'small company' category (under 50 employees).

Sustainable Business of the Year Award:
Recognizing Cormack Construction for promoting the value of green initiatives in the business environment and working toward continuing sustainability. Presented by the Mt. Washington Valley Green Team and the Mt. Washington Valley Preservation Association.

2005

Cornerstone Award: Gold New Hampshire Association of Home Builders (NHAHB)
Awarded in the Residential category for Best Architectural Design for a guest cabin in Moultonborough. Design by Dave Norton.

Bronze NHAHB Cornerstone Award:
Awarded in the Residential Remodel category for Architectural Design for a lakeside home in Holderness. Design by Dave Norton.

2003

The New Hampshire Homebuilders Association Sales and Marketing Awards (S.A.M.):
Designed to recognize excellence in new home and commercial construction as well as residential and commercial remodeling projects in a variety of categories.

Cormack's Chatham project won two Gold awards. This project was designed by Dave Norton. Project Manager was Dennis Wile, Supervisor was Don Belcastro.

Gold and Silver S.A.M. awards for a Library Addition to a home in Silver Lake, NH.

Gold S.A.M. award for New Kitchen at home in Chatham, NH.

Gold S.A.M. award for New Home Bath in Holderness, NH, Kathleen Williams AIA. Designer.

Silver and Bronze awards for a Family Home Remodel in Center Conway, NH.

Chrysalis Awards:
Recognized for quality remodeling projects in a variety of categories. Cormack received four Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling excellence:

The Family Home Remodel on Conway Lake (NH) took home an award for Kitchen Remodel and one for Bath Remodel.

The Library Addition in Silver Lake took home an award for Best Room Addition.

Our own Office Remodel won an award for Commercial Remodeling.

2001

Featured in May issue of Builder/Architect magazine: 
- "Building on the Past, Building into the Millennium."

A Cormack Squam Lake project won three Gold awards and one Bronze award. This project was an architecturally designed home, 3-car garage and boathouse/guesthouse with a total of 16,000 sq ft under roof. Project Manager was Doug Haver.

Gold and Bronze award for a project on Lake Winnisquam at the New Hampshire Homebuilders' Association S.A.M. Awards.

At the New Hampshire Homebuilders Association S.A.M. Awards: 

Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence:

Northeast Region Category Winner for Detached Outbuilding Over $100,000 for Boathouse/Guesthouse on Squam Lake. Doug Haver was the Job Supervisor.

American Institute of Architects NH Awards for Excellence in Architectural Design: 
Awarded for a residence we built at Squam Lake. Award of Excellence awarded to Samyn D'Elia Architects, PA, architect Ward D'Elia AIA.

1997

The Boston Society of Architects' Award for Sustainable Design:
Awarded for the Albert B. Lester Memorial Hostel in Conway, New Hampshire. Architect was Richard Moore, AIA.

1992

November/December issue of Builder/Architect magazine:
Featured as "An Architect's Builder".

1988

February edition of The Professional Builders magazine for "The Remodeling Project of the Month.":
Featured for a project designed by Patricia Sherman, of Warren Street Architects of Concord, NH
