We are seeking the following:
Residential Construction Project Manager
Candidates must have a four-year degree in a relevant field of study. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.
Experienced Carpenters
Applicants must have exceptional finish carpentry skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-disciplined, reliable, and punctual. Able to coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans and ensure safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Apprentice Carpenters
Our experienced craftsmen provide excellent hands-on training and many opportunities for advancement.
Designers
All applicants must have an eye for quality, the ability to communicate effectively, and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong organization skills are essential. A collaborative attitude, sense of humor, and the ability to adapt to ever-evolving project scope are preferred.
These are full-time, year-round positions and the ideal candidates will want to grow with the company. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and disability insurance, SIMPLE IRA, paid holidays and PTO.
