As 2025 comes to a close, all of us at Cormack Construction Management are reflecting on a year that has been challenging, yet deeply meaningful.
This year brought significant loss to our company and our community. In July, we lost our founder, Gordon Cormack, whose vision, integrity, and passion for building laid the foundation for everything we do. Just one month later, we also lost our vice president of production management, Mike Campbell, a leader whose knowledge, talent, and commitment guided countless projects to success over the past 28 years.
Carrying on a Legacy of Excellence
While we feel their absence every day, we honor and remember Gordon and Mike through our work. We are grateful to our employees for their remarkable resilience and professionalism, which allowed us to navigate a difficult year while maintaining our longstanding tradition of craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.
CCM continues to build on Gordon's legacy—completing a significant number of projects this year, winning a Cornerstone award for Best Transformative Renovation, modernizing our website, and finishing 2025 with strength and grace.
Thank You to Our Clients and Partners
We are equally thankful for our clients, architects, and project partners for their understanding, patience, and continued trust. The valued relationships we’ve built over the years—rooted in collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect—remain at the core of our work. It is a privilege to continue building alongside you.
Moving Forward With Stability and Confidence
Thanks to Gordon’s leadership and foresight, a clear succession plan is in place, allowing our company to move forward with stability and confidence. His legacy will endure through our commitment to what Gordon called The Art of Building—exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient and professional service.
As the year draws to a close, we remain grateful for our talented growing team and the opportunity to build with purpose. We look forward to working with you in 2026!
From all of us at Cormack Construction Management, Happy Holidays!
